CASHIER OVERLAP
This feature allows operators to overlap each other when business is very brisk. For example cashier 1 logs on serves the customer, during the transaction another member of staff needs to serve another customer, this operator then logs in as cashier 2, serves their customer. In the middle of this transaction cashier 1 can return log in on their number and their pending transaction reappears, this cashier can now enter more transactions and complete the sale. Cashier 2 can then login complete their transaction and complete the sale. This can be repeated numerous times with as many cashiers that are allocated to the particular cash till.
PRESET PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prevention of over and under rings is very important in any business. This feature allows word description and price of the product to be programmed in to a button on the keyboard, all the operator need to do is press the product description on the keyboard, and the word and price immediately appear on the screen, this information is also shown on the customer receipt.
READING OF STOCK SOLD
Taking an X read at any time will print out the quantity of products sold per item, together with the total amount of revenue taken on that product, but will not clear the readings. Taking the Z reading will show you the total taken up to this period and automatically clear the reading back to zero, ready for the next day’s transactions.
TABLE TRACKING
Running tables is very convenient enabling you to track the various items they order over a period of time, for example, starters, mains desserts. This data is retained until they wish to pay, whereupon simply press the customer’s table number on the till, and the machine can the print receipt with full details.
Cash registers are significantly lower in price than touchscreen models, less than £400 + vat in total.
