Dispatch Times
All orders received by 3:00 PM on weekdays are typically dispatched via overnight carrier, please note that weekend deliveries are not available. We currently offer deliveries to UK Mainland addresses only.
Delivery Charges
For cash registers:
- First machine: £10 + VAT
- Each additional machine: £5 + VAT
For other products, please contact us for specific rates.
Damage Reports
Damages to any delivered products must be reported at the time of delivery. We cannot accept claims for damages reported after delivery or for items signed as received “without inspection.”
Payment Options

There are no additional charges for any payment method.
Returns Policy
Return Authorisation
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us to obtain authorisation before sending any items back.
Restocking Fee
In cases where the customer has ordered an incorrect product or changed their mind, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
Packaging Requirements
Returns will only be accepted if the original packaging is in pristine condition. Any damage or defacement to the original packaging will result in the return being rejected.
